Appointment Question

Get answers to common questions about scheduling, payment methods, and what to expect before your appointment. We’re here to ensure your experience is smooth and stress-free.

Yes, for medical treatments, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your
appointment, and it will be treated as a cancellation without notice. Charges may apply.

Yes, if we cancel your appointment, we will refund any deposit or advance payment you
have made

Consultation Questions

Find the information you need about your initial consultation, treatment options, and how to prepare. We aim to provide clarity on what to expect during your visit.
Yes, certain treatments are only available to individuals aged 16 or over. For those under 16, parental consent may be required.
Our walk-in hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10AM TO 3 PM.
