Wellness, Recovery & Mobility in London
Osteopathy, massage, acupuncture, mobility and recovery-focused treatments for clients looking to move more comfortably, reduce muscular tension, support recovery or simply feel better in their body.
Different treatments for different goals.
Some clients need a detailed musculoskeletal assessment, others want focused soft-tissue treatment, mobility work, recovery support or relaxation. The options below can be booked individually or combined within a broader plan.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy combines assessment with hands-on treatment and movement advice. Your osteopath considers joints, muscles, mobility and movement patterns before deciding which manual techniques and rehabilitation advice are appropriate for you.
Massage vs Osteopathy — understand the differenceFull Body MOT
An extended whole-body appointment for clients who want more time for assessment, manual therapy and movement work. The session can bring together several hands-on and mobility techniques according to what is found during the appointment.
Massage Therapy
Massage sessions are selected around the result you want — from focused deep-tissue work for muscular tension to back, neck and shoulder treatment or a more relaxing full-body session.

Acupuncture can be used as part of a musculoskeletal and recovery plan, either as a standalone appointment or alongside other manual techniques where appropriate. The first appointment includes a consultation before treatment.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic manual technique used to support fluid movement and recovery. It can be booked as a standard lymphatic drainage appointment or as part of a post-operative recovery plan where appropriate.

A massage session adapted for pregnancy, using comfortable positioning and pressure appropriate to the individual. It is designed around relaxation, muscular tension and general wellbeing rather than a one-size-fits-all massage routine.
Assisted Stretching & Functional Rehab
Targeted mobility and movement work that can be used alongside massage or osteopathy, or within a wider recovery plan. Sessions may focus on assisted stretching, functional movement and practical exercises to support mobility between appointments.
Start with the main goal.
If you are unsure which appointment makes the most sense, use this as a simple starting point — or take the online mobility assessment and we can guide you.
Pain, restriction or recurring movement issues
Osteopathy or the Full Body MOT gives more time for assessment, movement review and a structured treatment plan.
Muscle tension or relaxation
Choose deep tissue, focused back/neck/shoulder work or relaxing massage depending on the pressure and experience you prefer.
Recovery, mobility or swelling support
Manual lymphatic drainage, stretching, acupuncture or a combined recovery plan may be considered according to your needs.
Wellbeing can sit alongside other treatment plans.
Recovery and mobility services are kept separate from aesthetic treatment categories, while still allowing clients to move between them when appropriate.
