How Ultraformer MPT works
Ultraformer MPT (Micro Pulsed Technology) focuses ultrasound energy to precise depths beneath the skin, delivered in shorter, faster pulses than older devices. Interchangeable cartridges reach different layers — the superficial skin, the deeper dermis, and the muscular support layer, the same layer addressed in a surgical facelift — while the surface stays untouched.

The technology
Ultraformer MPT is Classys's Micro and Macro Focused Ultrasound system. Interchangeable cartridges — from 1.5mm up to deeper settings — let your practitioner choose exactly which depth to target, so the same device treats fine surface texture and deeper structural support in one appointment.

What to expect
We assess suitability and plan the areas and depths for you.
Brief warmth or prickling with each pulse, strongest over bony areas.
Around 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the areas treated.
Skin may feel tender, a little like mild sunburn, for a day or so.
When you'll see results
There is often a subtle tightening within the first few days. The lifting effect builds gradually as new collagen forms over the following months. Results vary between individuals, and your practitioner will advise on maintenance once your protocol is complete.
